The practice business manager is responsible for the staff and the general smooth running of the practice, to ensure the needs of the patients are met with a high quality service and that the consistently high standards are maintained.

Reception

Your first point of contact with the Primary Health Care Team will be the reception staff. They have the most difficult job and try to be all things to all people. The reception staff have a responsible job and are often working under a great deal of pressure, so please allow for this.
