General Practice – Practice Nurse

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated experienced practice nurse to join us and be involved in the ongoing development of our nursing team.

The successful applicant will lead our Childhood Immunisation clinics.

You

  • Must be an experienced Primary Care Practice Nurse
  • Be enthusiastic, hard-working, motivated and resourceful
  • Be experienced in Childhood Immunisation, cervical screening and wound dressings
  • Have good organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Have excellent communication skills and be a team player

Medical Receptionist/Administrator

Monday – Friday, 13:45-18:45

This is an exciting opportunity for a GP Receptionist/Administrator who is enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated with a keen eye for detail.

You will be joining our dedicated, supportive team delivering high quality healthcare services to our patients.

  • Be first point of contact for patients – face to face, telephone or website enquiries
  • Ensure the smooth running of the reception/administration area
  • Ensure all administration duties and patient requests are processed in accordance with practice policies, confidentiality and health and safety protocols
  • Hours: 25 hours a week Monday – Friday 13:45 to 18:45 with the possibility of further hours to assist with administrative duties and cover annual leave or sickness
  • Salary: £10.50 per hour after successful completion of the probationary period
  • NHS Pensions scheme

You

  • Be an experienced receptionist/administrator
  • Be competent with Microsoft Office and SystmOne
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Be enthusiastic, motivated, resourceful and flexible
  • Have excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Be an excellent communicator and team player
  • Demonstrate good problem solving and decision-making skills

Care Co-Ordinator

Monday – Friday, 07:00:12:00

This is an exciting opportunity for a Care Co-Ordinator who is enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated with a keen eye for detail.

You will be joining our dedicated, supportive team delivering high quality healthcare services to our patients.

The role will be liaising with Care Co-Ordinators across the PCN, supporting the implementation of new patient services.

  • Hours: 25 hours a week Monday – Friday 7.00am to 12.00pm with the possibility of further hours to assist with administrative duties and cover annual leave or sickness
  • Salary: Dependent on experience

  • Must be an experienced GP Care Co-Ordinator, receptionist/administrator
  • Be competent with SystmOne and Microsoft Office
  • Be enthusiastic, motivated, resourceful and flexible
  • Be confident to communicate and liaise across the Primary Care Network
  • Have excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Be an excellent communicator and team player
  • Demonstrate good problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Support patients with their personalised care requirements and resolve queries in a helpful and efficient manner
  • Be caring and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors
