How to request a repeat prescription

You can make a repeat prescription request to the surgery in a number of ways:

• By using SystmOnline, if you are not registered to use this service, please complete our Register for Online Services Form
• By completing our online Repeat Prescription Request form
• Through your local pharmacy
• In person using our repeat medication request form / tear-off slip from your last prescription and ticking the medication required and placing your request slip in the red box in the lobby area
• By post 

Please allow a period of 3 days for us to process your repeat prescriptions requests.
